“Finding this cottage was a blessing, relocating to Cornwall and still searching for the right home, we stayed for 6 months and would highly recommend, perfect setting with views towards Dartmoor, photo opportunities with gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. Simon & Annie are such a lovely couple with great knowledge of the area, our dogs Henri, Gary & Susan loved it here too x”

“Recently stayed in two different cottages and both had everything we needed the wifi is very good we stayed for almost 3 months whilst waiting for house purchase and found it very peaceful we often walked upto town and found simon to be very accommodating and always contactable when we needed anything would definitely use again should the need arise”

“Stayed here when locating back to Launceston from overseas,great location close to town with a country outlook ,stunning views of the moors ,lovely cosy country cottages with log burners ideal for a romantic getaway,yet also has terrific facilities for family holidays with a games room even has a piano,management are always on hand and very helpful . going to book for a family christmas holiday,can’t wait cheers guys”

“We had fifteen children and grandchildren staying at our Launceston house, so we needed somewhere as an overflow for sleeping. Orpington Cottage was ideal.
The location is beautiful and the grounds well-kept. There is a play barn. In the field behind, you can play football or badminton.
The cottage itself was well-equipped and very warm. Water for showers and baths piping hot and there are books to read in case you have forgotten yours!
It’s an ideal place for children as you probably won’t see them on rainy days, there is so much to do. Highly recommended”
